This interesting object was spotted by me & Brad when we were in Bettendorf recently. It's sitting in the public works dept. parking lot, and I'm not sure who made it, or what purpose it serves (I'm going to venture a guess that they use it for public relations, to promote recycling). At any rate, it certainly is fascinating. Click on the pics, and you'll be able to see better all the objects they used in its construction.
