Coffee Hound Happenings!

Ruth & I met at Coffee Hound in Bettendorf this morning, to chew the fat (and sip the lattes!). I had to crop the pic to include the nifty artwork on the walls--if I could just decorate my house like that.......
After we'd imbibed all the caffeine we thought wise (we didn't want Ruth to drink & drive), we headed out on a thrift store odyssey. Ruth found some great bargains on pants for Maddie (that kid is SOOO tall!) and I found some nice "this & that" items. Brad was thrilled that I brought home more stuff--but I have to replace all the things I'm going to be selling in mom's yard sale! tee hee!
